If you want to enable receiving periodic reports in your mail inbox, you can do so by following the below steps.

  • Log in to Visitdesk with your respective credentials.
  • Go to Settings->Other Settings->Report
  • You will be directed to the report setup window
  • Enter the mail ids to which you want your reports to be sent (separated by commas) in the Email CC for reports field.
  • Use the toggle option under Report schedule to select the kind of reports you want to receive based on your preference. (Daily report/ Weekly report/ Monthly report/ Yearly report)
  • You can either select any one type of report or a combination of them as well. (say you may set your preferences to get both daily and monthly reports)
  • After making the required changes, click on the Save changes button
  • You will now get periodic mails based on your selection.
